Redesigning the planet projects are run by volunteers and helped by gifts. Donated money, which may not be tax-deductible, is used to cover office expenses, publishing expenses, and design expenses. The Ecoforestry Institute is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation. Our scientists and foresters are dedicated to the practice of saving and restoring healthy forests. Donations are used to fund specific projects or for general equipment needs. Current projects are Distance education (3), oak savanna restoration (8), Old-growth tourist path (11), and Biomass research (19); the Woodford Creek restoration, native grasses, and controlled burning projects are finished. New projects on a large mammal survey and regional restoration goals are expected to commence in late 2005. Receipts for tax credit will be issued automatically. To donate, press this button.
The G. P. Marsh Institute is a Delaware nonprofit corporation. Members of the Institute conduct their own research on projects of interest. Donations (which may not be deductible on your tax forms) are used for specific projects or general office needs. Current projects are Northern Hemisphere Wolf Paths, Balkan Wolf Project, and Florida Scrub Jay surveys (with The Nature Conservancy). The Mountain Bluebird trail and monitoring project, the Palouse Grassland reserve plan, and Coyote Play Behavior project are complete. To donate, press this button.
